We only require a phone number to sign up. Once you do, the next available assistant will contact you first via text. Then you can connect with your assistant through phone or text, to ask for help with any healthcare logistical needs. such as scheduling appointments, finding providers, and handling your prescriptions such as transferring prescriptions to different pharmacies or finding cheaper medications. We are 100% committed to serving you and what is best given your unique circumstances.

Our staff are available for phone calls during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Wait times will vary based on demand and staff availability. You can always text us 24/7 and we will get back to you as soon as we're available.

While well trained, our assistants are not physicians nor are they medically trained. If you have a medical question or concern, you should contact your doctor or healthcare professional. For any emergencies, always dial 911 for immediate attention.

Our assistants will always collect the minimal amount of information needed for getting you the healthcare you need. For example, often to schedule new patient appointments, providers require personal information like your name, contact, and date of birth and insurance information.

Your data and privacy is well protected in our systems. When needed, your data is stored in HIPAA compliant databases and are only accessible when you make a request and if that information is needed.
